Special Secretary, Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department
Kali Sadhan Bandhopadhyay, born on 12 September 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, and Project Director. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department from 23 July 2008 to 30 September 2009. Mr. Bandhopadhyay holds a graduate degree and has contributed to the administration of West Bengal throughout his career.
