Kakumanu Siva Prasad, born on June 1, 1970, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor of Punjab, Secretary, Finance Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Additional Resident Commissioner, and Director. His extensive career also includes roles such as Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Regional Director, Senior Regional Manager, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chief Administrator, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Telugu.
