Kailash Kumar Khandelwal, born on 27 July 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Jharkhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Labour Commissioner, Transport Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government in the Technical Education Department from 6 June 2022 to 31 July 2022. Throughout his service, he held multiple secretary-level roles across different departments before retiring.
