Kailash Chand Jain, born on September 12, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Additional Collector, and Additional Commissioner at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, starting May 30, 2013. He was also associated with the Department of Revenue. His service record includes a period of suspension. Mr. Jain's administrative tenure reflects diverse roles within the Madhya Pradesh government until his retirement.
