Kailas Baburao Shinde, born on June 1, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Master of Veterinary Science in Gynecology and Obstetrics, an LL.B., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Navi Mumbai, a position he has held since March 21, 2024. Shinde continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to public administration in Maharashtra.
