Kailas Baburao Shinde, born on June 1, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Master of Veterinary Science in Gynecology and Obstetrics, an LL.B., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Navi Mumbai, a position he assumed on March 21, 2024. Mr. Shinde continues to be in active service within the IAS.
