Kadambari Balkawade, born on 14 October 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Maharashtra cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner at Maharashtra in the Health Services department since 12 February 2025. Her previous roles include Director General, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Collector, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), and Assistant Commissioner. She has been recognized with awards for the execution of various schemes and national energy conservation. Kadambari is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
