Kadam Sandeep Vasant, born on 28 May 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and an M.Tech. in Design of Mechanical Equipment from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary cum-Mission Head at the National Critical Mineral Mission, Ministry of Mines, New Delhi since 1 January 2026. His previous roles include Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, SDO/SDM, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and District Collector and Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS.
