Kadam Sandeep Vasant, born on 28 May 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and an M.Tech. in Design of Mechanical Equipment from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary cum-Mission Head at the National Critical Mineral Mission, Ministry of Mines, New Delhi, since 1 January 2026. His previous roles include Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and District Collector and Magistrate. He is currently in service.
