K Vijayakarthikeyan, born on August 1, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from Sri Ramachandra University. Currently, he serves as the Joint Managing Director & Project Director at Chennai for the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board since November 16, 2023. His previous roles include Secretary and Assistant Collector. Vijayakarthikeyan is proficient in English and Tamil. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
