K Veera Raghava Rao, born on 19 August 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from Nagarjune University and an M.A. Currently serving as Commissioner at Chennai since 11 October 2023, he is part of the Technical Education department. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner, Deputy Collector, District Collector, Project Officer and Additional Collector, Additional Collector, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
