Dr. K V Thrilok Chandra, born on April 7, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Bangalore University. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Karnataka's Tourism Department since October 6, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including State Project Director, Special Commissioner, Commissioner, Inspector General, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, and Secretary to the Chief Minister. Dr. Chandra is proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Karnataka.
