K V N Chakradhara Babu, born on 18 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, an M.A. in Public Policy from IGNOU, and an M.B.L. in Business Law from the National Law School of India, Bangalore. Currently, he serves as the Director of Secondary Health at Andhra Pradesh since 9 October 2025. His previous roles include Joint Collector, District Collector, Joint Managing Director, and Commissioner. He has received numerous awards, including the Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Service Award and the Chief Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration.
