K V N Chakradhara Babu, an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from Andhra Pradesh cadre, is currently serving as the Director of Secondary Health in the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, an M.A. in Public Policy from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in New Delhi, and an M.B.L. in Business Law from the National Law School of India in Bangalore. With proficiency in Assamese, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Urdu, Babu brings a diverse skill set to his role.
