K V Mohan Kumar, born on 31 December 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Director, District Collector, and Mission Director. He served as the Commissioner in the Rural Development Department from 10 February 2015. His tenure in the IAS encompassed significant administrative roles within the Kerala cadre until his retirement.
