K V Bhanujan, born on November 6, 1940, is a retired IAS officer from the 1965 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Gujarat from March 1, 1999, to November 30, 2000, within the Department of Finance. Bhanujan's extensive administrative experience spans multiple key roles in the Gujarat government.
