K Shashidhara, born on 13 May 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Kerala cadre. A graduate by education, he has held multiple key positions including Director, Labour Commissioner, Executive Director, and District Collector. His most recent role was Director at the Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS), serving from 24 January 2011 to 31 May 2011. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative functions within the Kerala government until his retirement.
