K S Reddy, born on December 5, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including Director, Special Collector, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Director of the Small Scale Industries Corporation from May 24, 1999, to December 31, 2000. Throughout his career, Reddy contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
