K S Premchandra Kurup, born on 30 September 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1996 batch from the Kerala cadre. He served in various capacities, including Junior Scale, District Collector, and Executive Director. His most recent position was Labour Commissioner in the Labour Department, from 12 April 2007 to 30 September 2008. Mr. Kurup holds a graduate degree and dedicated his career to public service within the Kerala cadre before retiring.
