Dr. K.S. Palanisamy, born on 15 July 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.V.Sc. degree. Currently serving as Secretary in the Cooperation Department of Tamil Nadu since 31 December 2025, Dr. Palanisamy has previously held the position of Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
