K S Muthuswamy, born on June 16, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Tamil Nadu cadre. A graduate by education, he has held several key positions including Additional Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Additional Director. His most recent role was Project Director at the Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society from January 11, 2011, to June 30, 2011. Throughout his career, Muthuswamy served in various capacities within the Tamil Nadu government, contributing to administrative functions until his retirement.
