K.S. Latha Kumari, born on 22 October 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Karnataka cadre. She is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Hassan District, Karnataka, a position she has held since 18 June 2025. Prior to this, she served as Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Kumari continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
