K S Adhikari, born on August 1, 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Hindi. Throughout his career in the Land Revenue department, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Collector, Under Secretary, Project Administrator, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Collector at Madhya Pradesh, held from June 1, 1988, to January 1, 1990.
