K Ravi Kumar, born on 30 May 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Chief Election Officer Cum Secretary at Jharkhand in the Cabinet (Election) Department, a position he has held since 7 December 2020. Throughout his career, he has held roles including Secretary and Director. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil. Mr. Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
