K Ramachandran, born on April 10, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Kerala cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Secretary, and District Collector. His most recent designation was Secretary, a position he held from October 31, 2016. He also served as the Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Mr. Ramachandran’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Kerala cadre until his retirement.
