K Rama Krishna, born on April 26, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He served in the Finance Department and held the position of Joint Secretary from January 1, 1995, to April 30, 1997. A graduate by education, Mr. Krishna dedicated his career to public service within the IAS framework.
