K R Srinivasa, born on June 11, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Karnataka cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary to the Chief Minister, Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister, Deputy Commissioner, Special Commissioner, Managing Director, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Metropolitan Commissioner in the Urban Development Department, Karnataka, from December 23, 2013, to June 30, 2015. Srinivasa’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Karnataka government.
