K R Mohan Rao, born on 21 July 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Joint Collector, Under Secretary, District Revenue Officer, District Supply Officer, Special Deputy Collector, Junior Scale, and Revenue Divisional Officer. His most recent appointment was as Special Collector in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 1 July 1988 to 1 May 1989. Mr. Rao served with dedication in multiple administrative roles before retiring from service.
