K.R.B.H.N. Chakravarthy, born on July 1, 1965, is a 1999 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Currently serving as Secretary at Vijayawada since April 4, 2022, he is part of the AP State Election Commission. Throughout his career, Chakravarthy has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Director, and Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
