K Pulla Reddy, born on July 8, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Collector, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, Personal Assistant, Deputy Director, Revenue Divisional Officer, Special Deputy Collector, and Junior Scale. He was the Secretary to Commissioner from May 1, 1990, to July 1, 1991. His most recent role was with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
