K Prabhakar Reddy, born on 22 August 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Science. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Collector, and Executive Director. His most recent position was Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 18 May 2007 to 31 August 2009.
