K Phanindra Reddy, born on 25 July 1965, is a 1990 batch IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. degree and is currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary at Chennai in the Transport Department since 15 May 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, Director, District Collector, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Mr. Reddy continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with a broad range of administrative experience.
