K Parmar, born on December 14, 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English and a postgraduate degree in Economics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Registrar, Joint Registrar, and Project Officer. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department of Madhya Pradesh, from February 1, 1987, to April 1, 1988.
