K P Singh, born on January 1, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English and a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Junior Scale; Deputy Secretary, Junior Scale; Additional District Magistrate; and District Collector and Magistrate from June 1, 1992, to December 1, 1994. He was also the Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Singh’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
