K P Setia, born on September 1, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in commerce and a graduate degree in commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Settlement Officer, Additional Collector, Junior Scale officer, CEO, Project Officer, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Commercial Taxes department of Madhya Pradesh, from July 1, 1997, to August 31, 2000.
