K P Ramakrishna, born on April 3, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Physical Chemistry and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Project Director, Special Officer, and multiple tenures as Under Secretary and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from October 1, 1989, to April 1, 1991.
