K P Chanakya, born on March 2, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Gujarat cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, and District Development Officer. His most recent role was Deputy Secretary in the Human Resources Department of Gujarat, serving from July 1, 1991, to March 1, 1995. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administrative functions within the Gujarat cadre before retiring from service.
