K. Neelakanta Reddy, born on December 19, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.A and a Ph.D. in Rural Development. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the A.P. State Aids Control Society (APSACS) since April 15, 2025, Reddy continues his service in the Indian Administrative Service.
