K Narayana, born on 26 June 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He has held various positions including Chief Rationing Officer, Deputy Secretary, CEO, and Joint Executive Officer. His most recent designation was Special Collector at the Srisalan Project, serving from 1 January 2004 to 30 June 2006. He is a graduate by education. Throughout his career, Narayana contributed to the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh before retiring from service.
