K Nalinakashan, born on November 8, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1967 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Collector, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Secretary, Deputy Chairman, General Manager, Chairman, and CEO. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Home Affairs, Maharashtra. His extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the state government.
