K N Pande, born on 15 December 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, OSD to Minister, Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, General Manager, Joint Director, Deputy Secretary, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent designation was Director in the Land Revenue Department, serving as Director of Census Operations from 1 January 1990 to 1 December 1992.
