K N Gupta, born on July 1, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Rajasthan cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Acoustics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, CEO, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, District Magistrate, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Chairman and Managing Director in the Industry Department at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from May 25, 2006, to June 30, 2007. Mr. Gupta’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Rajasthan government during his service tenure.
