K. Mahesh, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch from the A G M U T cadre, was born on January 13, 1967. He holds an LL.B., LL.M., and M.Tech. in Hydraulics from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at the Khadi and Village Industries Board, Delhi, a position he has held since October 15, 2025. His previous roles include CEO, Special Director, and Secretary to Government. He has been recognized with the State/UT Award for Excellent Contribution in Election Management as DEO Shahdara & East.
