K. Madhavi Latha, born on July 1, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.Sc in Agriculture and a Ph.D. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of A.P. Rythu Bazars, a position she has held since April 15, 2025. Ms. Latha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
