K M Subramanyam, born on October 11, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He served in the Human Resources Department, holding the position of Director from October 1, 1994, to October 31, 1995. Prior to this, he also served as Managing Director. Throughout his career in the IAS, Subramanyam contributed to various administrative roles within his cadre before retiring from service.
