Land Revenue Commissioner, Land Revenue Department- Director of Census Operations
K M Ramanandan, born on February 2, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Kerala cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, State Project Director, District Collector, Deputy Assistant Director, Registrar, and Secretary. He held the position of Land Revenue Commissioner from October 7, 2009, to February 28, 2010. His most recent role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Ramanandan contributed to the administrative framework of Kerala until his retirement.
