K M Chauhan, born on 18 November 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Gujarat cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, District Development Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Director, Under Secretary, and Officer on Special Duty to the Minister. Her most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Human Resources Department, Gujarat, from 1 January 1993 to 1 October 1993. Chauhan’s extensive service reflects her longstanding commitment to administrative roles within the Gujarat government.
