Chief Executive Officer, Infrastructure Development Department
K M Abraham, born on 30 December 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering, a Ph.D. in Urban Planning, and an M.Tech. in Industrial Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to Government, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, District Collector, and other administrative roles. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer in the Infrastructure Development Department, commencing on 31 August 2017.
