K M Abraham is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1982 Kerala cadre. Born on 30 December 1957, he holds a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, an M.Tech. in Industrial Management, and a Ph.D. in Urban Planning. He served in various capacities, including Assistant Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Sub Collector, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Director, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Member, Professor, and Chief Secretary to Government. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer, Infrastructure Development Department, from 31 August 2017.
