K. Leelavathy, born on 18 May 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Karnataka cadre. She is currently serving as a Member at the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru, since 30 December 2023. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Commissioner, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Joint Director. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Karnataka.
