K. Lalthawmmawia, born on April 7, 1969, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from NEHU, St. Anthony's College. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner & Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Mizoram. His previous roles include Secretary to the Chief Minister, Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Secretary to the Governor. He is an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
