K L Bachani, born on 19 March 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and an L.L.B. Currently, he serves as Director at Gandhinagar in the Information and Broadcasting Department since 30 January 2024. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate and Joint Managing Director. Fluent in Gujarati, Bachani continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Gujarat through his various capacities in public service.
