K. Karpagam, born on May 5, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Higher Education Department of Tamil Nadu since June 24, 2025. Throughout her career, she has held significant positions including Chief Executive Officer and Collector. Karpagam continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu through her ongoing service in the IAS.
