K K Uppal, born on October 1, 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1954 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, Uppal served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, Controller, District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent designation was Additional Secretary in Maharashtra. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
